I absolutely love Lagond and wish I knew about it much sooner! All the teachers are absolutely incredible and are excellent musicians and I feel so lucky to study voice with Claire Cloud and piano with Jon Swift. Also band with Paul Maddison is an absolute blast and I am beyond thankful to be learning so much here among my friends.

Simply the best. You won’t find better rehearsal rooms in Westchester. Staff and owners are always helpful, kind and professional. Rooms are clean and well laid out and the gear is always in great shape, well kept and sounds great. Been coming here for years and with good reason. You won’t be disappointed.

As a working musician in the Westchester / Tri-State Area for over 15 years, I get asked about my knowledge of local rehearsal spaces, constantly. The ONLY rehearsal space I recommend to my peers is Lagond Music in Elmsford. They provide a range of clean/affordable spaces (stocked with perfectly functioning backline) and a staff that is kind, respectful and accommodating to the nature of admittedly finicky musicians like ourselves. Lagond totally "gets it", and that's why they're always my first choice when in need of a space.

My three grandchildren have been attending for over 9 years. They play drums, keyboard, bass, trumpet. This family run school is a warm, friendly, and exceptionally professional in providing not only top notch instruction with nationally known artists, but also an opportunity to learn performance skills. As part of their education, students have played in such well known venues as Town Crier Cafe , Jazz Forum and Garcia's at the Capitol Theater. They have also performed in NYC at Club 54 Downstairs and The Bitter End. The college program prepares students for admission into major music conservatories and music schools all over the country many of whom receive major scholarships. Students develop confidence not only in music, but in other aspects of personal development. This is a truly unique learning environment.

This place is top shelf for rehearsing if you're a band looking for space. They are reasonably priced and very professional. They have technicians that set the room up for you. You don't have to do a thing. The owners Charlie and Roseanne are the nicest people you'll ever meet.

It's a great rehearsal spot. The equipment is well maintained and as a drummer, I appreciate that the drums in each room are high quality and tuned well. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you're a band in the area, I'd recommend Lagond over other nearby studios. The rates are affordable and I've never had a bad experience there.

Been using Lagond's variety of great rehearsal spaces for a decade now, between both bands I play in. High quality gear and well-maintained rooms at a fair price, not to mention super convenient location-wise. The owners are also great people and extremely supportive.
